 Job Description  
 

 In this position you will assess development needs and design and implement international Talent Management initiatives.Facilitating  programs throughout the world, you will establish a trustful relationship with senior Management and HR globally. You will identify    opportunities to improve, align supporting systems and provide an integrated approach to talent management. You will play a key role in challenging the existing talent management models.

 Your profile:


  • University Degree in Organisational Development, HR, Psychology, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years professional experience in talent management in a international environment, experience as a consultant beneficial
  • Proven record of facilitation and design of innovative management development programs
  • Experience in running international projects and in developing collaborative relations with external providers
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
  • Can demonstrate innovative product and tool design that’s been implemented internationally to achived business results
  • Autonomous, self-starter with a focus on results and customers

[LINK], a company that evaluates the real value of Social Media for companies and celebrities. He founded MCCWDC (MCC Worldwide Digital Consulting Ltd.) He has carried out numerous B2C web projects over the course of his 20-year career: the first Italian social network, Internetworkcity; EnergyBank, the world’s first virtual currency; the multiplatform TV/Web talk show www.digitalk.tv; and innovative platforms produced by Speakage.com. He also founded the international signature-gathering platform livepetitions.com, now available in 10 countries around the world, with the Italian and French versions (www.firmiamo.it and www.jesigne.fr) leaders in their sector and other international products.

He is one of the group of experts asked to draw up a policy document for the Veneto Region’s Digital Agenda. He is a member of the board for Innovation in Tourism set up by the Ministry for Tourism.
